Embodied Boundaries is a somatic exploration of how we define, express, and adapt our boundaries in different circumstances. Through movement, breath, and nervous system regulation practises, we’ll tune into the sensations that arise when we say “yes” or “no,” and learn to listen to and trust our body’s signals. Boundaries are fluid—they shift depending on the environment and context we find ourselves in. This workshop offers an opportunity to explore the dynamic nature of boundaries and empowers you to navigate and adjust them with clarity and presence.

Embodied Boundaries is a somatic exploration of how we define, express, and adapt our boundaries in different circumstances. Boundaries are not one-size-fits-all—they are dynamic, shifting depending on the environment, relationships, and internal states we experience. This workshop is designed to help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom and learn how to listen to and trust the signals it provides when navigating your limits.
Through movement, breath, and nervous system regulation practices, we’ll tune into the subtle sensations that arise when we say “yes” or “no.” You’ll explore the ways your body reacts to different situations, learning how to adjust your boundaries with clarity and presence. By developing a deeper connection to your own sensations, you’ll discover how to navigate both the fluidity and stability of boundaries, empowering you to act with more confidence, clarity, and self-respect.
