20H SOMATIC PELVIC FLOOR + CORE INSTRUCTOR TRAINING 2/2025
Somatic Pelvic Floor + Core Instructor course is a certification course. Previous training in anatomy and/or movement is required.
Includes:
4 modules - 5hr/module
2 self study sessions with Riikka - 1hr/session
You will learn anatomy of the deep core, the strategy for restoration via a somatic lens, nervous system regulation for restoration and healing and the support of the external core.

Training DESCRIPTION:
SOMATIC Pelvic Floor + Core Instructor: Become a master in core restoration
Deepen your lens as a core informed trainer. Discover the deep core, intra-abdominal pressure and their functions through the somatic lens. You will experience the importance of felt senses in movement restoration.
Together we will explore the nervous system and previous experiences show up within the core. You will also study the external core as a support for optimal healing and function of the deep core system.
Total of 22 hrs include:
° 4 Modules (5hr each)
° Touch work
° A group supervision
° 2 Self Study Sessions with Riikka 60min/each
