From the hibernation towards the inner light & soft aliveness. Tap into your inner sun via free movement & kundalini yoga.

First we move intuitively from the body, then we tap into the yogic wisdom of kundalini yoga to awaken our inner sun with the help of kriya, breath, movement & mantra.

This 2h workshop is perfect also for kundalini yoga’s first timers. Workshop will be kept in EN or FI depending on participants.
