Grounded Feet is a somatic exploration of the foundational support your feet provide to your entire body. Through mindful movement and awareness practices, you’ll reconnect to the sensations in your feet, learning to release tension and bring balance from the ground up. This workshop invites you to explore how your feet impact your posture, alignment, and overall sense of stability. As you root into the earth, you’ll cultivate greater strength, ease, and mobility—allowing you to move through life with more grounded presence.

Grounded Feet is a somatic exploration of the foundational support your feet provide for your entire body. Our feet are our connection to the earth and the starting point for our movement, yet they often go unnoticed until they’re in pain. In this workshop, you’ll reconnect with the sensations in your feet and learn how to release tension, bring balance, and restore mobility from the ground up.

Through somatic movement, breathwork, and touch, you’ll explore the deep connection between your feet, posture, and alignment. You’ll discover how your feet influence your body’s structure, balance, and overall sense of stability—and how they impact everything from your posture to your emotional state. As you root into the earth, you’ll cultivate greater strength, ease, and mobility, allowing you to move through life with a more grounded presence.

You’ll leave with:

  • A deeper connection to the sensations in your feet

  • Practical tools to use in your daily routine for better posture and movement

  • Greater awareness of how your feet influence your whole body

  • Improved balance, flexibility, and strength in your lower body
