Somatic Pelvic Floor is an invitation to explore how your breath, deep abdominals, and pelvic floor can support each other, whether you’re preparing for birth, recovering postpartum, navigating perimenopause or menopause, managing pelvic pain, or addressing urinary incontinence. Through simple, Pilates based movements, you’ll build a foundation of support, allowing your deepest muscles to ease into daily function and providing the strength and flexibility to move beyond your current challenges. This workshop also offers a space for self-exploration and reconnecting to your body’s wisdom at any stage of life.

Whether you’re preparing for birth, recovering from childbirth, navigating life transitions like perimenopause, or managing pelvic discomfort, this workshop offers a holistic, somatic approach to healing and strengthening.

Through simple, Pilates-based movements, you’ll build a strong foundation of support that allows your deepest muscles to ease into their daily function. You’ll learn how to activate and relax the pelvic floor in connection with your breath and core, creating a foundation of strength, flexibility, and fluidity. This workshop is not just about physical movement—it’s about reconnecting to the wisdom of your body and understanding the vital role your pelvic floor plays in your overall well-being.
