Welcome to a heart-opening evening of cacao, movement, and sound.
In this 2-hour workshop, we begin by opening the heart with ceremonial cacao – an ancient plant medicine traditionally used to support healing, connection, and inner clarity. Cacao gently awakens the heart space, inviting softness and embodied awareness.
From this grounded state, we will be guided into a somatic ecstatic dance journey. With soft guidance and the support of music, you are invited to intuitive free movement.
We will close the evening with the grounding and soothing sounds of the harmonium.
This workshop is open to all bodies and all levels. No previous experience with dance or yoga is needed
Few things to consider before the workshop:
- We recommend eating lightly before the workshop and avoiding alcohol and too much caffeine on the day of the workshop.
- Wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and bring your own water bottle
- Come as you are
The workshop can be held in Finnish or English, depending on the participants.
The workshop will be guided by experienced yoga teachers and somatic movement facilitators Sara-Sofia Turpeinen and Ellariina Rautio.
